Hello everyone,

After having a nightmare logging on for weeks, I can finally get onto RLC properly, however, in ALL of my stored outfits, there is at least one part of my avatar that shows up to me as white. However, my clothing and skin does not appear white to other people looking at me.

What can I do to fix it? Currently, it seems to be my hair and leg-skin that whites out in most outfits.

Thanks
Greyhat_

looks like an issue with your cached files, running a repair should clear the cache

The poor complain;
they always do,
But that's just idle chatter.

Yea run the repair.then when that doesn't work, delete the game from your computer and redownload the whole game again. Then when that doesn't work, jump through hoops getting hold of someone from the Tech service. Jump through several more hoops and kiss several dozen asses and then just live with the problem that RLC has created with their piss poor management and PATCHES. Live with this shit or drop the game totally your choice, because these pricks running the show could give a fuck if your happy and the game works..as long as the moiney is pouring in.

Usually these types of problems are caused by one of two things:

1. Either their designs are UVD and they have an issue with their servers - I've suffered with this one too.
2. Their PC does have enough video memory or the video drivers are out of date.

The best option is to open a support ticket and someone will get you to run a couple of diagnostic tests so we can check the specification of your PC.
