Hey you all,

i always used the following link to get prop maps http://uthermaps.edje.net/index.php?dir=Uthermaps%2F but now its broken for some reason and i never saved all the propmaps. Could anyone help me out and give me another link where i can find a list of all the Props? Maybe there is a new one?

I'm afraid there isnt another viewable proplist site around at the moment. Its worth it for a hour or three to have a good look through the "props that might come in handy" topic for what you need. If you cannt find it post in that topic and normally our guru's will be happy to help Smile

there isnt a site yet but will be in about a week.....am up to the letter N and still going on building a prop display for all props in utherverse....so am just over halfway thru.....fook it takes forever scroling thru to the next prop...lol

will exclude the HN_ and HF_ things but everything else will be there

Any news on if your site has been completed yet? I used to find Uthermaps really useful Sad

heya folks

there seems to be some confusion going on a few messages i have recieved...i am building a PROP display not a map site......but may have to restart as it is lagging down the town block i am using ...which sucks as i wanted them all on one site...so looks like will have to split them up

Hi ya folks, what I think you should understand, and I am pretty sure of what that crazy guy is up to now, think gallery and/or museum (correct me if I'm wrong Mon.). Seems that along with doing his own grand works, Monaro is going and creating an entire prop list that you can walk through in world. Which means that not only can you see every prop "displayed" but see them as they are in place and in 3D!! Lawd this is out of his pocket both in the cost of property and his precious time, simply to, yet again, make it better for the whole community.

Ok, to Wraith, I think after Mon does this, the statue I had talked about of you may have to go on hold for a bit, as it's gonna have to be of Monaro for all this lol Grin Tongue (Don't worry, your will be up soon enough Wink heheheheee trust me, your massive good shines daily in here for all of us!! And yesss, time again to thank each of you that give of your talents and time to make our community oh so much better (so many of you to thank, so just gonna group you all together is this thank you!!), and to allow us to further expand our visions with all your help and sharing!!

Let us know if there is any way we can help. For instance, I have a unix server that is running nearly 100% idle all the time. My constraints there so far are DASD usage and monthly bandwidth. I'm sure others of us would be willing to invest effort in helping you test/tune..

Mine is a Centos virtual server, with pretty current levels of PHP, MySQL (running Drupal 7) and I could probably install any unix (freeware) development you would need. I'm anxious to see this succeed, as I'm pretty much stalled in my decorating for now, as, although I have multiple 3d modeler tools, I do not have access to the obj files for the props, so cannot use them to help me develop textures.

Ah..never mind then. If in fact this is just going to be a display of props, I can always do that myself by placing them in my zaby. I had thought this was going to be something more along the lines of Utherprop in which we would be able to get the maps for the props, retexture, and redisplay. That would have been most helpful. Even a replacement for the map repository would have been of considerable benefit, as deriving the maps without access to the obj files is such a pain I'm ready to give up deco altogether and just do fashion, since they were 'kind' enough to give us the obj files for the fashion textures.

It's by far not a complete list of prop maps. But will be going through and pulling maps I don't have and be adding them to it over the next week or so.

Also when you save the file it resizes it to 400x400. You will have to resize it yourself for now. I'm looking for the setting to fix that. Will probably have to dig through a few php files to find it.

Update... For images larger then 400x400 you can click the image and get a pop up window with the full size texture.

I did that so I directly could copy the the URL for use in world or download to edit the texture.
