Hello Lovelies!

It's been awhile! Some awesome WGs got together some time ago and talked about how to rejuvenate interest in the WG community in RLC.


Just some history - the Bareback Bordello is where it all began for the WGs! WGs need sexy environments to take their clients, which is where we need your help! The WG bedrooms off the BareBack Bordello are in need of a remodel, so RLC would like to bring together a competition for talented decos from the community.



First, themes (and property templates best suited to them) for the 8 bedrooms will need to be decided. If you have an idea for a theme, or a property template you think would make a great WG room, let us know in the replies. Please keep in mind this is for WGs and their clients so keep it sexy and fun.




Some theme examples:

BDSM

Jungle

Romance

Movie Inspired Fantasy



Credit for this idea comes from amazing WGs ~ Passing_Glances, Laurie_A, Ceer, SeduPuss, Oswin_X, Theresa6_A, SaphyreRose.



In addition, the competition for the deco portion will be borrowing (with permission) the idea of the Deco Challenge that SweetPea and Dawl came up with - for fairness during the competition build and judgement portions.

Stop into the Bareback Bordello to get an idea on what the current bedrooms look like on the first level.

Yes this sounds like it is going to be alot of fun. I have a few ideas that i have already submitted and cant wait to see what the bareback bordello is going to look like when it is completed.

Hello Lovelies!

Thank you for the replies!

Currently we are looking for suggestions on themes and on what property template that would best match that theme for the build.

To get an idea on what property templates might fit your WG bedroom idea, members can visit different property templates in the Property Catalogue

Add Property Catalogue

Please refer to the first post to link to the google form to fill out; or you can leave suggestions in the replies here whichever is best for you.

Please also remember that these are WG theme bedrooms so the space will need to fit that (a WG bedroom template would better fit than say a spectacular property template for example) and be fun and sexy!

Once suggestions are in, then the competition portion will be planned and implemented. To keep things fair, we are borrowing the deco challenge idea with SweetPea's and Dawl's permissions.

The decos who like to enter will be doing deco on UV templates. Once deco is complete judges will be given the property URLs to go and judge. Judges will not know who the decos are as all properties will be UV owned. Once the contest is complete, each deco will get their UV property layout transferred to them.

Well I hadnt been to the bordella for years, and I went into the rooms on the first floor, not all mind you but a majority of them. I agree its time for an upgrade.

It would be great if the WGs themselves would give input on their ideas and what they would like to see because they are the ones who are going to be using these things. I mean the given themes are the ones you have listed but its those special not thought of places:

Sounds fun.

Sign-ups and theme ideas are coming in! I'm going to leave this open until next Monday, then we'll start the voting round so people can pick their favourite themes (so we don't end up with 20 of them)

We also would like to add that the deco contest for the BareBack Bordello theme bedrooms will not be starting until after the Holidays - in the New Year. This way for all of you deco enthusiasts who have Holiday Deco to do, you can still participate if you like to!

I was wondering if you are still going to be going forward with this competition. I think it is a great opportunity for the Bordello to get some very creative new bedrooms.

The Spring/Summer Zaby Home show will be here before you know it. Shortly Dawl and I will start the planning of the next Decorator vs Theme Challenge.

Because we have so many rooms and a limited number of decos responding we are going to rework the competition for a later date. This will perhaps include other areas of RLC for updating. Stay tuned !

We will make note not to override any other major deco competitions going on in rlc.

Well I did sign in had many ideas, but it seems the bordello is already overhauled, as is the entrance.
Never heard any of the final decision?!
