At times, members who join RLC come from a multifacted background in the adult industry - authors of erotic written works, cam models, PSOs, other adult content providers - so they have already a great deal of knowledge.
Agree - of course someone should familiarize themselves with the avatar moves before embarking upon getting a WG badge.
RLC has a host of information regarding WG items. The support article is below - complete with click to link. One can also research the WG forums thread on "WG how to" or ask questions here as well.
WG information in supportSo getting back to the the OP is asking about how to "have sex". Links on that are posted above. But here it is again incase someone needs it
Information on virtual sex In reference to the below - a side note- it is important to know The WG Program & WGs and the XXX Events Team are completely and totally separate and have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
You mentioned this -

In short I would think if someone is hired/ gets a badge to be a official WG or G they should get some official/basic reading material of where to find whatever supplies they may want and what can and cannot be done.
I refer to what to your use of the word in orange - guides. There is a special set of volunteers who do who show new members the adult features or "sexy side of RLC" - they are not guides, they are XXX Ambassadors.
A list of each volunteer and their specific title and duties can be found at the wiki page below
Volunteer Title and description of duties Taken from the wiki pages on guides and XXX Ambassadors
GuidesA guide is here to help members both new and old. They answer basic questions, give tours, and assist where needed. As a guide, you mostly perform your role within the Welcome Center and be a new users first contact with the RLC Volunteer program and community.
XXX AmbassadorsXXX Ambassadors are geared towards Basic and New Members, in teaching them the adult features of RLC, at the official RLC events.
The WG Program is available for those members who wish to register to become a WG and provide services to members. WG badges are in red - and there are a variety of badges.
They again are not volunteers. Regarding working girls / guys and what they do -
Working Girl / GuyTaken from the above link regarding WGs and what they do -
Working Girl/GuyWorking girls and guys often shortened to WG are VIP members who provides sex sessions with other VIP members (clients) in exchange for in-game currency known as Rays
I hope this helps explain the differences.
To bring your relationshipto the forums? Go ahead skip along behind a Roman soldier to the Arena; tie on your neck a steak & lay next to starving lion! Better luck!~SR There is no marvel in a woman learning to speak, but there would be in teaching her to hold her tongue~ER I won because I actually made a float - and didn't leave it as a truck.
