Regarding WG rules of conduct - the most important ones would be always wear badge when working and only solicit in PM.
In regards to hot spots, RLC has public locations where WGs can wear badges and work those can be found in the WG RoC link that is provided in the post previous to mine by Cala.
The Bareback Bordello is an RLC public region and the hub of the WG community and the first place in RLC where WGs started.
We've revamped the Bordello - new region - new look - new atmosphere and are having events. Currently we have one major event a month and we have some smaller more intimate gatherings occasionally. The 25th of October is a VWW of the Day and sixteen hours of DJs, rays, trivia, prizes, and some sexy fun at the Bordello with a Halloween theme. Get dressed up and join us if you like. Things kick off at 8am Eastern and go until midnite Eastern time.
In regards to other places in RLC that are populated and are privatley owned or called VWWs. Members have private VWW - clubs - and some are WG friendly some are not allowing badges. It is best to enter a club without badge and check with the management or owner about their rules. Some WG "clubs" only allow their wgs to work there, some do not allow badges but have sex workers there.
You will also see perhaps a sign as below which lets guests know it is a WG friendly zone / club
